Jenny Francis joined United Way of Greater Plymouth County in December 2024 and was promoted to Community Resource Specialist in 2026. She brings a strong passion for supporting families and strengthening community connections through compassionate service and advocacy.
Jenny earned her B.S. in Gerontology and is deeply committed to helping individuals and families access the resources they need to thrive. Her work is grounded in both professional knowledge and lived experience, allowing her to connect authentically with the community members she serves.
Outside of her role at UWGPC, Jenny remains actively engaged in community leadership. She serves as a Board Member for Community Connection of Brockton and is a member of Safe Space of Brockton Promise. Through these roles and other local initiatives, she supports families and works to create positive opportunities within the Brockton community.
Jenny shares that what she enjoys most about her work at UWGPC is “learning about the families we serve and helping guide them to the right resources. Being able to support others in my own community makes this work especially meaningful to me.”
When she is not working or volunteering, Jenny enjoys painting and skiing. One fun fact about her is that she hopes to one day own a farm where she can grow fresh food for her family.
Jenny is a joyful wife and proud mother of three. Her faith plays an important role in her life and inspires the compassion and care she brings into her work every day.
