Jared Rogers serves as the Director of Resource Development at United Way, where he has spent the past three years building meaningful partnerships that support and advance the organization’s mission. In his role, Jared works closely with local businesses, nonprofit partners, state legislators, and community members to strengthen connections and drive impactful initiatives that help create pathways for all neighbors to thrive.
Jared is a graduate of the College of Wooster, where he developed a strong foundation in community engagement and leadership. He continues to stay actively involved in the community as a member of Leadership Metro South and the Cape Cod Young Professionals Civic & Community Engagement Committee.
Fluent in Spanish, Jared brings an added level of accessibility and inclusivity to his work, allowing him to connect with a broader range of community members and partners.
What Jared enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to engage with diverse groups across the community, gaining valuable insight from multiple perspectives to help shape strategies that create lasting impact.
A fun fact about Jared is that he lived and worked in Dublin, Ireland for six months during his college years which was an experience that broadened his global perspective and appreciation for different cultures.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys fishing, cooking barbecue, spending time at the beach, and making the most of his time with family and friends.
